Burglar Proof Doors doors are manufactured at RC4-RC6 safety levels according to EN 1627-30 standart. Detentiondoors, if desired, bulletproof, fire resistance, gas and water tigth, sound / heat insulation and blast resistance all of the features can be manufactured  by adding all or the appropriate features.

Double Wings Hinges Burglary and Detention Resistant Doors’s Features ;

• Burglar Proof Doors are produced with 4 heavy duty hinges systems. (for each wing)
• Our doors can be produced at RC4 – RC6 level according to EN 1627-30 standart.
• Our doors can be produced at the desired different levels bullet resistant according to EN 1522-23 standard. (Optional)
• Our doors can be produced in accordance with the  according to IMO heat curve  between A60 – H120min, according to ISO heat curve between   EI60- EI120min and according to UL 10B -10C heat curve  between 90-180min fire resistant. (Optional).
• Our doors are manufactured as electrostatic powder painted according to RAL chart or wood, glass or stainless steel coated.
• Burglar Proof Doors can be produced as resistant to positive blast pressure between 1-5 bar according to EN 13123-1 and Astm F2927. (Optional)
• Detention doors can be produced as gas-tight as between Class 1-4 according to EN 1026. (Optional)
• Our doors provide sound insulation between 35 – 48 dB.
• Burglar Proof Doors are operated manually and can be operated motorized anytime.(Optional)
• Our doors are in stock in  2200x1500x150 mm (HxWxD) dimensions ready for installation.
