Security doors are manufactured at RC1- RC6 safety levels according to EN 1627-30 standard. Burglary and Detention doors, if desired, it can be manufactured  by adding the appropriate features as well such as bulletproof, fire resistance, gas and water tigth, sound / heat insulation and blast resistance.

Single Wing Hinges Burglary and Detention Resistant Doors’s Features ;

• Security doors are produced with 4 heavy duty hinges systems.
• Our doors can be produced at RC4- RC6 level according to EN 1627-30 standart.
• Our doors can be produced at the desired different level bullet resistant according to EN 1522-23 standart. (Optional)
• Our doors can be produced in accordance with the  according to IMO heat curve  between A60 – H120min, according to ISO heat curve between   EI60- EI120min and according to UL 10B -10C heat curve  between 90-180min fire resistant. (Optional).
• Security doors are manufactured as electrostatic powder painted according to RAL chart or wood, glass or stainless steel coated.
• Our doors can be produced as resistant to positive blast pressure between 1-5 bar according to EN 13123-1 and Astm F2927. (Optional)
• Our doors can be produced as gas-tight as Class1-4 according to EN 1026. (Optional)
• Security doors provide sound insulation between 35-48dB.
• Our doors are operated manually and can be operated motorized anytime. (Optional)
• Our doors are in stock in  2200x1000x150 mm (HxWxD) dimensions ready for installation.
