Our Gas and Air Tight Door are our product group that can be manufactured as rectangular, radii or semi-circular with multi and compression lock system which can be used in structural steel, aluminum or 304-316 quality stainless steel in the production which meets the requirements of EN 1026 and Astm E283 level security and sealing according to IMO standards.

Single Wing Gas and Air Tight Doors Features ;

• Our doors are produced with 4 heavy duty hinges.
• Our doors are produced according to EN 1026 and Astm E283 standards and certified.
• Our doors can be produced according to IMO standards with H60 – H120 and ISO satandart REI 30-120 fire resistance. (Optional)
• Our doors are produced with electrostatic powder coated, corrosion  and fire resistant polyurethane-epoxy painted according to RAL chart or stainless coated . (Optional)
• Our doors can be produced as resistant to positive blast pressure between 1-5 bars according to EN 13123-1 and Astm F2247. (Optional)
• Our doors can be produced as Water Tight  according to IMO. (Optional)
• Our doors provide sound insulation between 36 dB-51 dB. (Optional)
• Our doors oparated manually.
• Our doors are in stock in 2200x1000x150mm dimensions ready for installation.
